This section deals with the various aspects of the Universal Energy and gives the information about the Basic Universal Energy Elements, basis for the Energy Elements, different names for the Universal Energy in the different parts of the World, its significance to the human beings, categories of the Energy Elements, individual life cycle, meaning of the ‘I am the Universe’ concept, components of the life, various forms/objects which represent  the Universal Energy, Universal Energy and the human body (main organs,  body systems, sense & action organs and the 7 main Energy centers - the 7 Chakras), Energy imbalance and its types, 5 Universal human predicaments, stages/Periods where Energy imbalance takes place, causes of the Energy imbalance, symptoms of the Energy imbalance, and  the effects of the Energy imbalance.

A1. Basic Universal Energy Elements :

This Universe was formed, about 13.7 billion years ago. It is strongly believed that, the Universe was formed due to the ‘Big Bang’. This Universe, which is in the form of a huge mass, is the outcome/ effect of the ‘Big Bang’.

There was no life in the Universe in the beginning. The only presence was of the ‘Energy’, in the form of the ‘Vibrations’.  ’Energy’ means the power of doing the work.

Then slowly, the ‘Energy’, which was there in the form of vibrations, took different forms and shapes. These different forms and shapes are considered as the same original vibrations, but, with the different frequencies.

These different forms and shapes are called as the ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’.

These Energy Elements are everywhere in this universe, since the infinity, and are going to be there, till the infinity (till the existence of this universe). Hence, they are called as the ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’.

The Basic Universal Energy Elements are as follows:

   1.      1st Energy Element – ‘Creative’ or ‘Tama’ Element.

   2.      2nd Energy Element – ‘Sky’ (Ether) Element.

   3.      3rd Energy Element – ‘Air’ (wind) Element.

   4.      4th Energy Element – ‘Fire’ Element.

   5.      5th Energy Element – ‘Water’ Element.

   6.      6th Energy Element – ‘Earth’ Element.

   7.      7th Energy Element – ‘Time’ Element.

   8.      8th Energy Element – ‘Direction’ Element.

   9.      9th Energy Element –‘Mind’ Element.

10.      10th Energy Element – ‘Soul’ Element.

The above mentioned 10 Basic Universal Energy Elements should be considered as the Postulations/ Axioms. The information about this in details, is available in the ancient Indian Aurvedic Treatise – ‘The Charaka Samhita’. ‘The Charaka Samhita’ is considered as the most authentic and the oldest Treatise about the ‘Science of Life’, the world over.

In this Universe, all the Energies are grouped as per the above mentioned 10 Basic Energy Elements.

In this Universe, each and everything is made up of the above 10 Basic Universal Energy Elements, may be in different forms and combinations, and there is nothing beyond these 10 Basic Energy Elements.

All the present inventions and discoveries can be termed as the reinventions and rediscoveries of the Basic Universal Energy Elements in different forms and combinations.

Out of the 10 Basic Energy Elements, 5 Elements are of the Physical nature which can be seen; where as, 5 Elements are of the Metaphysical nature which cannot be seen.

A 2. Explanation about the ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’

(Details are given in the book.)

Table  A 2.1   (Details are given in the book.)

The following table gives the information about 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ and its ‘Qualities’ (Attributes).

The general/common ‘Qualities’ (Attributes) are metaphysical, and can be observed in all the 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’. (i.e. 5 Physical Elements and 5 Metaphysical Elements)

And

The specific ‘Qualities’ (Attributes) are physical; hence are seen /observed only in the 5 Physical Elements.

Table  A 2.2 (Details are given in the book.)

The following table gives information about ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ and its ‘Effective Work/Activity’. The ‘Effective Work/Activity’ is seen only in the physical elements and cannot be seen in the metaphysical elements, however metaphysical elements function in co-ordination with the physical elements and produce that desired effect i.e. the ‘Effective Work/Activity’.

A 3. The Significance of Energy Elements :

As mentioned before, each and every thing in this Universe is made up of the Basic Universal Energy Elements. Each and every species can experience it. However, for the human beings it is very easy to understand, feel and realize its presence in the day to day life.

Significance of the Basic Universal Energy Elements is as follows.

(Details are given in the book.)

Table  A 3.1

The following table gives the information about 10 ‘Basic Universal Energy Elements’ and how its associated Energy is manifested/represented.

(Details are given in the book.)

A4. The Categories of Energy Elements :

The Basic Universal Energy (all the 10 elements) is divided into two main categories/parts/sides, and some of the examples are given below.

(Details are given in the book.)

A5. Individual Life Cycle :

(Details are given in the book.)

THIS IS CALLED ‘I AM THE UNIVERSE’ CONCEPT.

WHATEVER IS IN THE ‘UNIVERSE’, IS PRESENT IN ‘ME’, AND,

WHATEVER IS IN ‘ME’, IS PRESENT IN THE ‘UNIVERSE’.

A6. Components of the Life :

The Body, the Mind and the Soul are the 3 basic components of the life. All the 3 components are interrelated with each other and function as an integrated entity,

which can be explained by the following figure.

The Body consists of the 12 main organs, 10 body systems, 5 sense organs and 5 action organs.

The Mind functions are mainly related to the thinking and emotional aspects. The Soul function is related to controlling the mental activities.

The Soul, the Mind and the Body, as an integrated entity, is responsible for all the physical actions and the behavior.

Whatever happens in any individual’s life span, i.e. the normal behavior, problematic behavior, health, ill health (diseases, sickness, weakness) etc., all the 3 components of the life (The soul, the Mind, the Body) are always involved in that happening, and nothing happens in the absence of any one of the 3 components.

This concept is particularly useful in treating the health related problems. Any person will have any type of problem related to the health in his life span. The health problems are related to the Thinking, Emotions, Physical body and the Behavior. All such problems are interrelated and interdependent on the 3 components of the life. If the treatment is given considering this concept, then and then only, the results will be effective and long lasting.

A7. Everything is the Universal Energy :

Each and everything in this Universe is, basically the Universal Energy (Prana/Chi/Shiatsu/Bio Energy) in various forms and combinations. These types of Energy forms/combinations are as follows :

(Details are given in the book.)

A8. Universal Energy and the Human Body :

Following are the 12 main human organs which are related to the Universal Energy Elements:

(Details are given in the book.)

These 12 main organs control the 10 Body Systems, 5 Sense organs and 5 Action organs.

The10 Body Systems are as follows:

(Details are given in the book.)

The 5 Sense organs are as follows :

(Details are given in the book.)

The 5 Action organs are as follows :

(Details are given in the book.)

A9. Energy Imbalance and its Types :

There are 5 different types of Energy imbalance in the Universe.

The Energy imbalances are as follows :

(Details are given in the book.)

Whenever there is any Energy imbalance, then the life becomes problematic. The Energy imbalance is the only reason (root cause) behind all the problems. The root cause of any undesirable actions, behavioral problems, diseases, sickness, illness, weakness, financial problems etc. etc. is the Energy imbalance. The Energy imbalance is proportionate with the Energy potential. If, the Energy potential is more, then the Energy imbalance is also more, and, if the Energy potential is less, then the Energy imbalance is also less.

A10. Stages/Periods of the Energy Imbalance :

For any individual human being, there are 3 stages in his life (since conception) where, the Energy imbalance can occur.

(Details are given in the book.)

A11. Causes of the Energy Imbalance:

Various Causes, Reasons, of the Energy Imbalance are as follows:

Biological Causes: (Details are given in the book.)

Physical Causes: (Details are given in the book.)

Psychological Reasons: (Details are given in the book.)

Psycho-social Causes: (Details are given in the book.)

Environmental Causes: (Details are given in the book.)

Social Factors: (Details are given in the book.)

Religious Reasons: (Details are given in the book.)

A12. Symptoms of the Energy Imbalance:

Related to the Physical Level: (Details are given in the book.)

Related to the Thinking Level: (Details are given in the book.)

Related to the Emotional Level: (Details are given in the book.)

Related to the Behavioral Level: (Details are given in the book.)

Very simple symptom of the Energy imbalance is, the person makes too many repetitive mistakes of similar nature and does not learn and improves from the mistakes/experience.

Very simple symptom of the Energy balance is, the person makes very less repetitive mistakes and quickly learns and improves from the mistakes/ experience.

A13. Effects of the Energy Imbalance:

Effects of the Energy imbalance in any individual are very significant, and it is related with the overall functioning, performance of that individual, not only at the individual level but also at the family and the social level.

Energy imbalance gives rise to the various types of taxation (stress & strain) in the Mind - Body system.

Types of Taxation (stress & strain) are as follows:

  1.    Thinking taxation. (Over thinking, repetitive thinking etc.)

  2.    Emotional taxation. (Oversensitive, getting too much emotional etc)

  3.    Eating taxation. (Over eating, uncontrolled eating etc.)

  4.    Taxation due to over indulging in Physical relations/ sex.

  5.    Taxation due to frequent Child births.

  6.    Taxation due to improper Sleep.

  7.    Taxation due to vices/addictions. (Tobacco, alcohol, drugs etc.)

  8.    Taxation due to overwork.

  9.    Taxation due to Non-acceptance of reality, Camouflaging, image protecting etc.

The Energy imbalance leads to various types of taxation and unhealthy lifestyle/behavior. This leads to the fatigue, tiredness in the Mind—Body system. This leads to unsatisfactory functioning and performance, which further leads to frustration and again due to this, more Energy imbalance takes place, and ultimately as a cumulative effect over the period, the person turns problematic.

All the diseases, sickness, illness, ill behavior, disharmony, uneasiness, roughness, weakness etc.are the result/outcome of the Energy imbalance.

All types of the Energy imbalances can be addressed and all the problems can be sorted out.

As mentioned earlier, The Energy imbalance means various problems faced by human beings, at any times in the given life span. The components of the life are 1) The Soul, 2) The Mind and 3) The Body. As long as the human being is alive, anything could go wrong in the 3 components of life. If, the treatments/ methods/tools, which are adopted to reduce the Energy imbalance (problems), covers all the 3 components of life, then and then only the adopted treatments would be effective, and the long-lasting results/effect would be achieved. The treatments/methods/tools, which do not cover all the 3 components of life, will not be effective, and the long lasting results/effect will not be achieved.

This section deals with such treatments/ methods/tools, used for reducing the Energy Imbalance and gives the information about, QQAM (Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis and Moderation), Naturopathy Principles and Practices, Why Naturopathy is effective?, Surya Namaskara (Salutations to the Sun), SuJok Acupressure Therapy, Meaning of Confession, Surrender and Prayer, Advantages of the Meditation-The Ultimate Medicine,  the Autosuggestions and the selection criteria for the treatment methods (based on Holistic Approach).

D 9. Selection Criteria for the Treatments/Methods/Tools

(A Holistic Approach):

Various Treatments/Methods/Tools are available for everybody to adopt while addressing the Energy imbalance problems.

The 3 Components of the life i.e. 1) Soul, 2) Mind and 3) Body, are always interdependent and interlinked together and function as a single entity. Whatever happens to the human being, all these 3 components are always involved. This concept should be considered while deciding upon the treatments/methods/ tools to be adopted.

Following should be considered, as it covers all the above components of life.

            1)     Meditation.

            2)     Life style.

            3)     Diet.

            4)     Exercise. (Surya Namaskara/ Sports/ Yoga, Pranayama etc.)

            5)     Prayer.

The above 5 tools should be considered as the basic daily Tasks/Duties to be performed, so as to maintain the Energy balance. If, these 5 things are done on the daily basis, then it will take care of all the Mental and Physical problems, ailments etc., and the person will have happy and satisfactory life. This is called the Holistic Approach.

Holistic Approach Treatment comprehensively covers all the 3 components of life, so as to get rid of any life related problems. Any shortcut or piecemeal type approach will never help in solving any problems.
